BUSINESS STRATEGY AND SALES EXECUTIVE
Infinito Solutions Ltd is expanding its operations and requires a Business Strategy and Sales Executive to work directly with the Managing Director in building the brand and operations. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial and can-do attitude, have experience in business growth, customer retention and understanding of complexities in operations. Roles and Responsibilities
- Research businesses, potential customers, and industry trends to identify new clients and markets
- Conduct market research and evaluate customer needs to identify selling possibilities
- Seek and attend networking opportunities including conferences, industry events, trade exhibitions, round table meetings etc.
- Act on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and engagements
- Expand the company’s business opportunities using digital marketing and social media strategies
- Set up meetings with potential clients and promote the company’s brand.
- Create product and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, build brand recognition, and attract new customers.
- Acquire new clients and receive orders for products and services to expand the Company’s b
- Ensure effective client engagement through visitations, personalized services, content creation etc.
- Deliver client presentations, sales pitches, and product demos
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Work towards meeting monthly or annual targets.
- Reviewing sales performance
- Render reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Handle customer complaints and drive brand loyalty
- Improve the service experience of new and existing clients.
- Negotiate business terms with new and existing clients using phone, email and in-person meetings
- Negotiate deals, contracts, and packages
- Handle business consulting briefs for the Company’s clients, provide advice to existing and potential customers
- Provide supervision, training, and mentorship for the sales team
- Develop business ideas, plans, models, and projections as required
- Prepare and deliver pitches to partners, potential investors & target audience
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Entrepreneurial experience in building a company’s brand
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant office, marketing, and social media tools
- Strong commercial acumen
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in storytelling, delivering compelling presentations and pitches.
- Self-motivated and goal driven
